This note is in regards to a  local ministry several women were led to begin.  The name of our ministry is Holy Clothes . . . on Wheels.  We are a  clothes ministry, providing clothes for those in need.

We formed our ministry as a result of a Christian Women’s Bible Study group inspired by the book, Crazy Love by Francis Chan, to reach out with the love of God to our neighbors in need.

After much prayer, we opened the doors at The Reach church in Sedro-Woolley on Saturday, December 5th, and were able to provide clothes to well over 100 people.  After seeing what we were really about, several people returned with clothes they were no longer able to use to donate back to the community.  We even had someone bring in brand new blankets for distribution. We open the Church and give clothes away to those in need the Third Saturday of every month.

This ministry will progress as God continues to lead us.  We are in need of kids clothing right now. We go through them very fast. Please pass this along to friends. If you know anyone getting rid of clothes we will gladly accept them, in order to bless others.

Our mission statement is sharing together with those in need by following Christ’s example.  “I needed clothes and you clothed me . . . Matthew 25:36a
